I met with my principal on Monday to review my action research project. I sat quietly as he read, which was not an easy task. I always want to add and make comments as we go along. Once he had finished reading it, I pointed out the evaluation methods we are going to employ and the timeline. My principal asked a few questions and stressed that we need to ensure the character education component. I have added the two character traits that we identified that most reflect our goals and added that to the plan. You will find that they are in bold and italic. Even though our conversation was not a lengthy one, I was encouraged by it. Mr. Cardona did not find any problem areas and felt like I had been thorough in my planning. I will continue to consult with him as the project progresses.
